ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register his complaint dated 19/11/2014 in CSR.NO.936/CSR/R8PS/14.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. On perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioner is an advocate and that he had purchased a tyre from a company under due receipt. Within a period of 6 months of purchase, the tyre had burst and when he approached the company for exchange of the tyre, it was stated that the proprietor of the company had abused the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. On reading of the complaint, this Court found that no cognizable offence is made out. If at all any remedy is open to the petitioner, he shall work out the remedy before the Consumer Court. With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
