ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to pass orders on his application dated 30.04.2018 and reminder dated 18.06.2018.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted an application to register the Coastal Aqua Culture Farm, but, the said application is yet to be disposed of by the third respondent. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the application dated 30.04.2018 made by the petitioner is directed to be considered by the third respondent, on merits. 4.Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for respondents, submitted that the respondents be directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass orders in accordance with law.

5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner to consider the application, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the application dated 30.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, keeping in mind all the prevailing circumstances, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
