Prayer:- This Company Petition has been filed under Sections 433(e) read with Section 434(1)(a) and Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1956, read with Rules 95 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959, praying to wound up the respondent company, namely M/s.VTX Industries Limited by this Court; to appoint the Official Liquidator of this Court as the liquidator of the Respondent company and to direct that the costs of this petition come out from the estate of the respondent company. 1/3

ORDER

The prayer in this Company Petition is to wind up the company, namely M/s.VTX Industries Limited.

2. This Court, already passed an order on 23.06.2014 in C.P.No.151 of 2013, ordering winding up of the aforesaid company.

3. In view of the above, no further order is required in this Company Petition. Accordingly, the Company Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make their claim before the Official Liquidator within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
