Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Regional Director of Municipal Administration, Thanjavur culminating in Na.Ka.No.2375/2013/A3 dated 14.12.2018 the same relates to the transfer of the petitioner and quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to continue the sweeper job in Thiruthuraipoondi Municipality.
