This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned XVI Additional District Judge, Chennai to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible in O.S.No.4196 of 2019.

2. It is seen from the records that a report has been called for from the 1/3

learned Trial Judge with regard to the stage of the case. Accordingly, Registry has sent a letter dated 10.03.2023 to the learned XVI Additional District Judge, Chennai, sought clarification of the order dated 09.03.2023 made by this Court and calling for the explanation. The learned XVI Additional Judge has sent his explanation vide Dis.No.90/2023 dated 15.03.2023.

3. It is submitted by the counsel on record for the revision petitioner that subsequent to the report of the learned Trial Judge, the case in O.S.No.419 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned XVI Additional District Judge, Chennai has been disposed of on 30.03.2023.

4. Since the main suit itself is disposed of, this Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 10.04.2023 kmi To
