Respondents PRAYER:- This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for records on the file of the 2nd respondent in its letter No.001532/G59/G592/04-17 dated 05.11.2004 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondent 1 and 2 to prepare a panel for promotion to the post of Revenue Supervisor in accordance with law.

This petition is filed calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent herein in his Proceedings No.001532/G59/G592/04-17 dated 05.11.2004 and to quash the same

2. When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he seeks to withdraw this petition

and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. "To permit me to withdraw this writ petition."

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
