Respondents PRAYER:- This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for records on the file of the 2nd respondent in its letter No.001532/G59/G592/04-17 dated 05.11.2004 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondent 1 and 2 to prepare a panel for promotion to the post of Revenue Supervisor in accordance with law.
