2. The suit has been filed for damages on account of legal notice sent by the defendants to the FICCI and Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation. The defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, i.e., Nagapattinam, however, considering the fact that the alleged legal notice is sent the above office which is situated in Chennai and the defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
