The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruvarur District, the 1st respondent herein to hand over the entire records collected so far in investigation of Crime No.17 of 2017 to Central Bureau to Investigation for proper investigation by due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

process of Law and to identify the real accused and deal with them in accordance with Law.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 27.09.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 01.10.2021. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.10.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 07.10.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
