The learned counsel for the petitioners is absent.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have filed a memo dated 15.07.2021 stating that, as on date, Rs.43,45,000/- is due to be paid to the wife and by way of interim measure, a sum of Rs.20,000/- per month was directed to be paid, but till date, the same has not been paid to the wife.

3. The husband appears to have been evading the High Court proceedings and hence I do not find any merits in this case.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed for default. It is open to the trial Court to proceed in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
