This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 97 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.

2. Though the learned counsel appearing for the respondents objected to the condonation of delay of 97 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and upon perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
