Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pass an order upon the petitioner's applications dated 21.09.2018 and 22.10.2018 within the specific period of time fixed by this Hon'ble Court consequently direct the respondent to disbursed the pension and other retirement benefits of the petitioner.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the grievances of the writ petitioner is to settle pensionary and retirement benefits are yet to be addressed by the respondent.

2.The learned counsel on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner was allot to retire from service on 30.04.2018 till today the benefits are not settled in this regard, he submitted a representation on 21.09.2018 and a remainder on 22.10.2018 and thereafter, the representation on 09.11.2018.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 21.09.2018 and 09.11.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copies of the representation and all relevant documents, if any, along with this order passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
