2. This petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 12 herein as legal heirs / legal representatives of the sole appellant namely, Ganesa Gounder passed away on May 1, 2020.

3. Representing counsel for the Respondents has expressed no objection in allowing this petition.

4. This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition and being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this Court allows this Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

5. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.3868 of 2021 is allowed. 2/4
