Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 13.12.2021 in the anticipatory bail application in Crl.OP.No.24191 of 2021 in Cr.No.328 of 2021 that the petitioner/accused should sign before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.JAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2421 of 2021 dated 13.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer every week on Wednesday. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.
