ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the respondent dated 25.11.2019, wherein a charge memo has been issued against the petitioner.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he was working as a conductor in the respondent corporation. A show cause notice cum suspension order came to be issued against the petitioner on 25.11.2019. According to the petitioner, the suspension has been revoked and the departmental proceedings are pending. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been furnished with all the documents that are relied upon by the respondent corporation to proceed further with the departmental enquiry against the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the disciplinary proceedings.

3. Heard Mr.R.S.Anandan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. D. Raghu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the departmental proceedings initiated by the respondent. However, it goes without saying that the respondent will have to furnish all the materials to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to defend himself effectively in the departmental proceedings. There shall also be a direction to the respondent to complete the departmental proceedings and pass final orders within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent along with a copy of this order.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
