C.M.P.No.14951 of 2016 has been filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the above petition in A.S.No.289 of 2015. (ii)C.M.P.No.14952 of 2016 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent in A.S.No.289 of 2015. (iii)C.M.P.No.14953 of 2016 has been filed to bring Samuvel on record the legal heir of deceased (1st respondent) as 3rd respondent in A.S.No.289 of 2015.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing these petitions.
