CMP.Nos.3743, 3744 & 3746 of 2021 in SA.No.791 of 1995 C.KUMARAPPAN, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement, application to set aside the abatement and for impleadment in the above Second Appeal.

2. There is no serious objection on behalf of the respondents in allowing these applications.

3. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and having satisfied with the same, this Court is inclined to allow the applications.

4. In the result, these CMPs are allowed. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the cause title.
