a) Permanent injunction restraining the respondents 4 to 6 or their men, agents, servants, subordinates or any other persons claiming from them in any manner dealing with or developing or leasing the schedule property including by way of alienating any portion of the schedule property either as undivided interest or in specific portions to any other 3rd parties and or hand over possession of any portion of the schedule property to any other 3rd party.

b) mandatory injunction directing the 4th respondent to restore the schedule property to the condition prevailing as on the date of the sale deed dated 14.06.2007 executed by the 1st defendant conveying the schedule property in favour of the 4th defendant and c) pay the cost of the suit.
