O R D E R

This petition has been preferred by the petitioner before this Court after invoking the proviso to Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner was threatened by one Makudamudi with support of K.P.Pandian and others and obtained signature of the petitioner and his wife in blank papers and documents. The petitioner has developed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the college with his money and his family properties. The above said persons are resorting to all illegal acts to grab the college from the petitioner and they have also threatened the petitioner and his family members with dire consequences, if the petitioner creates any legal problem. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent. Since no action was taken by the respondent police, the present Criminal Original petition has been filed.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.08.2011 was treated as petition and after due enquiry, the same was closed as 'action dropped'.

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
