After the dismissal of the original side appeals against the order dated 08.10.2021, in Company application Nos.49 and 50 of 2021, the respondent seeks further time to comply with the said order. The order in Company application No.49 of 2021 was for the production of documents listed in the schedule thereto. On behalf of the applicant it is submitted that one of the documents listed in such schedule is the business transfer agreement between the respondent and a 3rd party dated 05.08.2011. The respondent is directed to produce the said document on or before 10.12.2021.

2. List the matter on 10.12.2021 to report compliance with regard to the production of the above mentioned document.
