This Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused, challenging the judgment, dated 27.08.2015, in S.C.No.281 of 2013, passed by the learned District Mahila Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, whereby and whereunder, the petitioner was convicted for offences under Sections 498 (A) and 302 IPC. 3.

The petitioner, in his affidavit filed in support of this Petition, indicated the reasons for the delay in preferring the Appeal. In view of those reasons, we deem it fit and proper to condone the delay.
