Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to implement the order of the 4th respondent made in A/2466/2010 dated 09.05.2011 under the provisions of the Tamilnadu Industrial Establishments(Conferment of permanent status to workmen) Act 1981 and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to absorb the petitioner in the 1st respondent Corporation as permanent employee.
