This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 05.05.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint dated 05.05.2015 has been sent by post and therefore the petitioner may submit a copy of the complaint in person to the respondent-Police.
4. The petitioner is hereby directed to go in person and submit a copy of the complaint dated 05.05.2015 to the respondenthttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
