ORDER

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 324(2), 326(g), 329(4), and 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.105 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 12.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.507 of 2026 on the following reasons: "5. Considering nature of allegations and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner and value of damages caused, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
