This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's application vide No.10931 dated

13.02.2019 and permit the peaceful functions of the petitioner centre in the name and style of Nemoha Wellness & SPA at No.1562, Hope College, Avinash Road, Coimbatore.

It is seen that the after the period of five years, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered now, without knowing the present status. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh representation on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
