ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under section 420 of IPC, in Crime No.9 of 2019 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that already this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and imposed certain conditions. But the petitioner herein has not complied with the conditions.

3. Recording the same, this Court cannot repeatedly pass anticipatory bail orders to the person who is not inclined to comply the condion imposed by this Court.

4. In view of the above, there is no merits merits for entertaining this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
