The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the online application dated 13.06.2016 and his representation dated 22.07.2016 to sub divide and issue patta in S.No.104/1, 104/2, 105/2, 106/1 and 98 of Kullampatti Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk to the extent of 7.51 acres.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's online application dated 13.06.2016 and representation dated 22.07.2016, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far.
3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's online application and representation and pass orders in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 13.06.2016 and representation dated 22.07.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
