TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The learned Advocate for the appellant and the appellant are present. The learned Advocate for the fourth respondent are also present. They have stated that they are going to withdraw the appeal and necessary endorsement has been made in the appeal memorandum duly signed by the parties and their respective Advocates.
