Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fifth respondent to issue a Site visit certificate to the petitioner in respect of the e-Tender Notice No.NIT.27/2024-25/SE/B(C & M)C/SLM/Dated 07.01.2025 and consequently direct the fourth respondent to accept the petitioner's Tender Application and to evaluate the same in e-Tender Notice No.NIT.27/202425/SE/B(C & M)C/SLM/Dated 07.01.2025. ORDER
This writ petition is filed directing the fifth to issue a site visit certificate to the petitioner in respect of the e-Tender Notice No.NIT.27/2024-25/SE/B(C & M)C/SLM/dated 07.01.2025 and consequently direct the fourth respondent to accept the petitioner's Tender Application and to evaluate the same in e-Tender Notice No.NIT.27/2024-25/SE/B(C & M)C/SLM/dated 07.01.2025.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation itself was given day before yesterday (i.e.03.02.2025) and permission was granted by yesterday (i.e.04.02.2025). Page No.2/4
Today, the petitioner will be visiting the site and the requisite site visit certificate will be granted today (i.e.05.02.2025).
