ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner himself, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.594 of 2015 and therefore, the respondent police are calling the petitioner for enquiry.

Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed.

Accordingly, this petition is closed.
