The learned counsel appearing for the civil revision petitioners contended that the main execution petition in E.P.No.23 of 2010 in O.S.No.162 of 2001 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pallipattu, Thiruvallur District. has already been disposed of and hence nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication. He has also made endorsement to that effect. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
