Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to executing the sureties in Crl.OP.No.25174/2021 order dated 11.01.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25174 of 2021, dated 11.01.2022, for executing the sureties.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are not able to mobilize the fund, therefore the petitioners could not able to deposit the amount within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time. 3.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners could not able to deposit the amount within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for deposit the amount is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
