Mr.T.Muruganantham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a direction to the District Munsif, Ambattur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.249 of 2011 pending between the petitioner and the private respondents, within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and a direction is issued to the District Munsif, Ambattur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.249 of 2011, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
