Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to executing the sureties in Crl.OP.No.25395 of 2021 order dated 11.01.2022.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.JAYAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25395 of 2021, dated 11.01.2022, for executing the sureties.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is not able to mobilize the fund, therefore he could not able to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of crime number. Hence, he prays to extend the time. 3.
Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to deposit the amount within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
