This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to take immediate steps to register the complaint dated 13.04.2015 received under CSR No.381/DC/TNP/DC/2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the petitioner seems to have given a complaint to the first respondent/Director General of Police, Chennai, who seems to have forwarded to the second respondent/Deputy Inspector General of Police, Tirunelveli, who in turn seems to have forwarded to the third respondent.

4. Under such circumstances, this petition is closed with direction to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint in person to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai and on such complaint being given, the same shall be allotted to an Officer, who shall enquire into the same and take action in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
