This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1605 of 2014 pending on the file of the second respondent to the first respondent herein and file the final report.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent registered the case in Crime No.1605 of 2014 dated 18.08.2014 for the offence under Section 380 of IPC against the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation still under progress.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The concerned Deputy Commissioner is directed to monitor the investigation done by the second respondent.

With the above direction the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
