Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. However, the learned counsel says that, if any further grievance arises for the petitioner on the same issue, liberty may be given to the petitioner to agitate the same in the manner known to law.
