Petition filed under Section 397 & 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to C.A.No.35 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Kallakurichi, Villupuram District and set aside the judgment and order dated 03.02.2015 passed therein confirming the judgment and order of conviction dated 02.03.2013 in C.C.No.78/2012 recorded by the JM Court (Fast Track), Kallakurichi, Villupuram District holding the petitioner herein to be guilty of the offences under Sections 279 and 304A of IPC and sentencing petitioner to undergo rigorous imprisonment for three months for the offence under Section 279 IPC and 2 years rigorous imprisonment for the offence under Section 304A IPC.
