This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.10.2021.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR in Crime No.389/2021 under Section 294(b), 323, 324 IPC was registered in Ramanatham Police Station. Copy of the FIR is also produced for perusal.

In view of the fact that FIR has been registered based on the complaint given by the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition and this petition is dismissed as not necessary.
