The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners except due process of law.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that with regard to Crime No.594 of 2017, the respondent police is conducting investigation and the petitioners' son is required to cooperate with the police authorities with regard to the investigation to be conducted. He further submitted that the petitioners are not required for enquiry.
