Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 9.2.2017 Ref.No.MAA/IR/267 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate and restore petitioner's employment and permit him to continue in his employment by granting him all salary benefits. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that inspite of the order passed in the writ petition in W.P.No.7492 of 2015, the State Level Committee has not taken any action to complete the process of verification. The petitioner therefore wanted the employer to reinstate him into service after setting aside the order dated 9 February 2017.

2. When it was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to how a direction could be issued to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service during the currency of the scrutiny proceedings, the learned counsel submitted that he is not pressing the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
