3. It is seen that now, the Recruitment Rules have been changed and accordingly, the petitioners should have passed Teacher Eligibility Test.
4. Therefore, the prayer sought for in these writ petitions cannot be considered and these writ petitions are devoid of merits and are liable to be dismissed.
