Pleader (Regsitration) C O M M O N O R D E R These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 27.06.2023 in W.P.Nos.19185 of 2023 & 19179 of 2023. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was informed to this Court that the lease deed has been registered on 09.03.2024 without insisting for the stamp duty. This Registration was made subject to the outcome of the Review Petition filed by the respondents. 3.Recording the above submission, these Contempt Petitions are closed.
