ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take action on the complaint dated 16.09.2017 given by the Petitioner as per law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.02.2018, C.No. 234 of 2018 was issued and after preliminary enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 22.04.2018. He further submitted that subsequently the petitioner has lodged another complaint and after receipt of the said complaint dated 31.12.2018, C.No. 3203 of 2018 was issued and after preliminary enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 22.04.2019.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to closure of the petitioner's complaint. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this petition is closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.The Second respondent is directed to send an intimation about the closure of the petitioner's complaint by RPAD within seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
