Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the electric cement post fixed in his premises at No.3/339, Fish Market Street, Sattan Kuppam, Kelambakkam Panchayat, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District immediately and to refix the same in a safer place to its original side and to allot a separate post for the wing of the petitioner for which he has already paid charges and fix the same away from their shops in order to eradicate all the complications.
