(D.Krishnakumar, Acting Chief Justice) Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 21.06.2023, the respondent has complied with the directions issued by this Court. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the Tahsildar, Denkanikottai in Na.Ka.No. 4662/2022/B1, dated 18.07.2024, wherein it has been stated that the encroachment in the disputed land has been removed by following due procedure of law.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No. 4662/2022/B1, dated 18.07.2024, the present contempt petition is closed.
