Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent (Appellate Authority under Section 32(2) of the Dentists Act, 1948) vide Dental Appeal No.15/2010 dated 03.08.2012, confirming the order passed by the 3rd respondent vide No. Dent/82-109 dated 22.06.1982 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to 1/4

register the petitioner's name under Part-B and Part-A with effect from 13.02.1980 as per the provision of Dentists Act, 1948 and to pass such further orders.
