2. Though the reasons assigned in the supporting affidavit are not satisfactory, considering the issues raised in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, we are inclined to condone the delay of 471 days in representing Civil Miscellaneous Appeal SR.No.5224 of 2015, subject to the condition the petitioner pays Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks' Association, within a period of one week from today. It is made clear that if cost is not paid, within the above said period, M.P.No.12314 of 2016 would stand dismissed, without any further reference to this Court. On payment of costs and filing of memo thereof, Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
