This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Special Court on the first working day of every month until the completion of the trial in Crl.O.P.No.13533 of 2022 dated 16.06.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the final report has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
