2. Be that as it may, along with this application, defendants 1 and 2 have taken out for filing written statement along with A.No.919 of 2021 for condonation of delay and that application was allowed on certain conditions and the conditions too have been complied with.

3. In this circumstance, this Court deems it fit to allow this application.

4. Post the case for filing draft issues on 09.08.2021.
