Side) [IN BOTH PETITIONS] PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2 in Crl.O.P.No.4575 of 2022, who apprehend arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 120, 420 & 294(b) of IPC in Crime No.06 of 2018 and the petitioner/A1 in Crl.O.P.No.4576 of 2022, who apprehend arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 294(b) & 506(1) of IPC in Crime No.16 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek Anticipatory bail.

2. The complaints are of the year 2017. The petitioners herein who have already approached this Court and obtained Anticipatory Bail, had not complied the condition. Therefore, the said order has become infructuous. After testing their luck, by filing a quash application and disposal of the same, the present petitions for grant of Anticipatory Bail are filed.

3. From the records, this Court finds that the Investigation Officer has already completed the investigation and filed Final Report against these petitioners showing them as absconding accused.

4. It is therefore appropriate to direct these petitioners to approach the appropriate Court and seek their remedy.

5. In view of the above, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
